My job is to help you identify your desires and how to take the necessary steps you may need to achieve long lasting results.
How do I help you identify and achieve your goals?
Through dialogue, inquiry, goal setting, accountability and general motivational techniques, I assist in motivating you to identify and attain the goals you desire to come to fruition.
How long is a session?
Our initial session may last up to 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions will last up to 60 minutes.
What does a session include?
Be prepared to answer some thought-provoking questions. Also, be prepared for your own answers. Coaching may require homework. And, as with many things in life, what you put into your sessions and “homework”, will determine the results.
How many sessions will I need?
I suggest purchasing four sessions at a time. We can evaluate your progress after 4 sessions.
How frequently will my sessions occur?
Ideally, I suggest every 7 to 10 days. We want to stay consistent with your sessions as I am encouraging you to make positive life changes.
How much are the sessions?
When purchasing a block of four sessions, the cost is; $450.00
Do we meet in person?
You can either come to my office or we can arrange a phone appointment

When I was starting my Coaching practice approximately 8 years ago, I knew I was fulfilling my life’s purpose to help others identify their goals and assist them in making positive, long lasting changes in their lives.
