Hypnotherapy

Why Does Everyone Need Hypnotherapy?

This is the case simply because every single person on Earth has some type of issue that only hypnotherapy can cure quickly & efficiently! Scientifically, clinically & practically proven to be the real deal, hypnotherapy gains more & more mainstream traction every single year of the last century. We are your one-stop parlour for all things hypnotical & therapeutical!

There’s nothing supernatural about Hypnosis

Hypnosis is actually a pretty common practice. Many licensed or certified mental health professionals, counselors, and doctors have incorporated Hypnosis as part of their treatment plans. That’s because when Hypnosis is used alongside conventional treatments, Hypnosis may help to treat the symptoms of phobias, depression, anxiety, stress, and sleep disorders. Hypnotherapy, or hypnosis, is a way to bypass the conscious mind to access the subconscious, which is where positive permanent changes take place.

Is Hypnosis the magic bullet?

No. The client must desire the “Change” and both the client and Hypnotherapist work together to achieve said goal(s).

Does Hypnosis replace other care?"

No. Hypnosis can be used in conjunction with other therapies. During the intake interview with me, you’ll share what other health and wellness modalities, if any, you may be currently practicing.

What can I use hypnotherapy for?

Hypnotherapy can be used to remove negative patterns or create positive, healthy ones. Although Hypnosis is most commonly used for smoking cessation and weight-loss, and stress reduction, however, the possibilities are endless. Hypnosis can conquer habits such as nail-biting and hair-pulling, fears and phobias, and negative patterns that do not serve you. Hypnosis can also be used to build confidence and self-esteem, assist with learning, and even boost the memory.

What does it feel like?

People LOVE being in Hypnosis. Many people think that they are either going to leave without any memory of the session, or that they will be doing things against their will. Neither of these thoughts are true. Hypnosis feels very similar to the dreamy state that you reach just before drifting off into a peaceful sleep. Although you are always in control, Hypnosis may feel similar to that “not quite awake, not quite asleep” trance that one may fall into when taking long drives on the interstate or falling asleep. The process can be very relaxing. I cannot stress enough to you that you are always in control.

How does it work?

Using various proven techniques, I will guide you into deep relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention. Hypnosis may help you explore the root causes of problems and disorders. Because it makes you more relaxed and susceptible to suggestion, Hypnosis can even be helpful in loosening a personal vice, such as smoking.

Willi be unconscious? I'm nervous about someone having control over me!

You are always in full in control of your body and mind throughout the entire session. Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation; it is very deep relaxation, but you never lose awareness of what is going on. You are not sleeping, and you are not unconscious. It is not magic, or mind-control; it is simply a way to utilize the most powerful tool at your disposal: the power of your mind.

Is Hypnotherapy safe?

Absolutely! You are the person in charge of the session. As the recipient of hypnosis, you retain your free will, and can choose to accept or reject any suggestion given to you. You cannot be made to do anything that you do not already believe to be true subconsciously. You are in a safe, secure environment during the session.

How should I dress?

I suggest you dress in comfortable clothing as you will be seated or partially laying down in a comfortable position.

How long are my sessions?

The initial appointment can take approximately 90 minutes, which includes an evaluation, and subsequent appointments will take up to 60 minutes.

How many appointments are needed?

On average, appointments can range anywhere from 4 to 6 sessions, ideally in a row or every 7 to 10 days. However, the amount of sessions needed can fluctuate depending on the individual and his or her goals.

What do you use to hypnotize me?

I use nothing but my voice and your imagination. There are hypnotherapists who use many different things. We all have our own styles and techniques. We have all seen Hypnosis portrayed in movies and on TV as having the participant losing self-control. Please know that you are always in control over your actions throughout the hypnotic process. This fact cannot be stressed enough.

What is the price per session?

The initial 90 minutes long intake is $150.00 and subsequent 45 to 60 minutes visits are $100.00 If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
